Give resilience a structure

The proposal organizes four dimensions: cognitive, human, ethical and environmental. Each is part of the resilience framework’s structure.

Connect signals and decisions

The framework proposes risk visibility, KPI alerts and response protocols. It brings together traceability, decision governance and Lean / Just-in-Time methods as a management context.

Define the conceptual architecture

The CV describes a three-layer technology architecture and an implementation roadmap. This documents the proposed design; it does not establish deployed software or measured operational outcomes.
